Test page for integrating Stripe payments

This workshop registration form has some embedded intelligence designed to help the registrant make smart, valid selections. For example, selecting both Workshop 1 and Workshop 2 will automatically de-select both and select “Workshops 1 & 2” instead, to get the 10% discount (whether the registrant wants it or not). Also, clicking “submit payment” without having selected anything will alert the registrant and decline the submission. Otherwise, the “submit payment” button will take the registrant to a Stripe payment page, where they can enter their contact and credit card information.

This form is currently in test mode; no actual credit card transaction will take place.
